My Clan and I tried to make a private lobby with all of our members, but we never get more than 5 or 6 Elite-Members in one lobby.
When using other accounts whith no Elite Membership it was no problem to get all in one lobby.
Do you know about this Problem/Bug?
Will it be fixed soon?

I`m sorry your having an issue with joining a private lobby with your friends. To help you I need more information.
When you say "other accounts with no elite membership" do you mean that the people with Elite memberships logged in with different accounts on the same Internet connection and were able to create the full lobby?
Was it the exact same people using the same connections both times?
It is possible that if someone has a strict or moderate NAT type that they would prevent other members from joining the lobby.
Any information you can provide will help, the more details the better. I need to determine if this is a bug/problem on our end, or one of the people in your Clan.
Please find out if any of your Clan members have moderate or strict NAT types, if they do, help them get it to open. If you need help, ask us and we will point you in the right direction.

Thank you for your very very fast answer.
Here are some additional Facts:
With the PSN-ids connected with Elite it did not work to get more than 6 Members in one private lobby. We tried everything. Changing Host, reseting Internet Connections, nearly everything. It is very difficult to describe. When e.g. the 7th user is trying to join the lobby, and during his joining process another user will leave the lobby, the 7th user will join. If nobody leaves the 7th user will get an error message (lobby does not exist) and can not join. It does not depend on who the 7th user is.
We found the same problem in an callofduty Forum written down by a Xbox user and somebody answered, it is because of Elite Membership. So some of us tried using another PSN Account, on the same Playstation3, with the same internet connection. And it worked! It was no problem to fill a private Lobby.
Hope I could help you with these informations, next time we try filling a private lobby I will do some screenshots, so if there are any mor facts you need to know, I will help you with this.
